Description: McGuire Air Force Base has a future requirement for a 24-hour ELECTRONIC MONITOR/ALARM SYSTEM. This system will be used to monitor HVAC units in large training facility. Service to include detection, alarm, notification, and recording of HVAC system interruptions and/or failures. Facility contains approximately 10 (ten) units manufactured by Trane, York, Barkey Gensis, or Lennox. Procurement will be solicited in early 2003. Requirement to include monitoring system, immediate system failure notification service, preventive maintenance agreement, and warranty.
