Description

Requisition HE1260-2197-3902 Quote #: MDA416-02-Q-0339 CLIN DESCRIPTION 0001. 76 EACH; Gymnasium Wall Padding, NGE Model No. PWP-206 Flat Panel designed for permanent installation. Filled with a 2-inch thick layer of flame-retardant, 3.7 lbs. density polyurethane foam mounted on a 7/16-inch thick OSB (oriented strand board) wood backing. Wall pads shall be provided with 1-inch securing tabs covered with vinyl at the top and bottom that are suitable for attaching the panels to wall-mounted furring strips. The upholstering fabric shall be 14-ounce reinforced polyester vinyl with a leather texture, shall have anti-bacterial and anti-fungal treatments, and shall be highly resistant to extreme temperatures and ultraviolet light. The fabric shall be flame-resistant as approved by the California State Fire Marshal, and must have minimum tear strength of 100 lbs./inch and a minimum tensile strength of 295 lbs./inch. The fabric shall be tightly wrapped and securely stapled to the backboard. Panels must be suitable for field cutting to width and around wall obstructions. Panel Size: 2 feet wide by 6 feet high.
