Description: NA See Note 22. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency has a requirement to provide a simulator capable for testing DOD radar, IR sensor and command control communications and intelligence (C3I) system. The contractor for this effort is Mission Research Corpora tion in Santa Barbara, CA. The period of performance is date of award through 12 months. This will be task order 0013 under IDIQ contract DTRA01-00-D-0004. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 'only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency needs.'
