Description

This work consists of furnishing all equipment, supplies, labor and mileage to construct a 12' X 20' maintenance storage building set on a pre-existing 6" concrete slab. The project site is adjacent to the visitor center located at Knife River Indian Villages NHS . Knife River Indian Villages is located in the county of Mercer, 1/2 mile North of the town of Stanton, North Dakota. This solicitation will be issued O/A September 4, 2002 and available electronically on the Department of Interior website at (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) and returned complete to Mt. Rushmore National Memorial, Box 268, Keystone, SD 57751.This procurement is being conducted as a "Best Value" Procurement using the rules of FAR 12, the contractor will be evaluated on Experience, Past Perfomrnace and Price. HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The price range of this project is Less than $25,000.
