Kirby Caddell/(334-272-7723), 2700 Lagoon Park Dr., Montgomery, AL 36109-1100; (4) CENTEX ? Mr. Robert Koenig/(941-334-8070), 2400 First St. Ste. 214, Ft. Myers, FL 33901; and (5) DICK CORPORATION ? Mr. John T. Sebastian/(412-384-1379), 1900 State Route 51, Large, PA 15025. The Request for Proposal Package will be issued February 12, with a due date of March 12, at 3:00 PM for proposal. (Copies of the RFP package are available by contacting the Contracting Officer, D. Jean Clark). A pre-Submittal Meeting will be held on February 20, from 10:00 to 12 Noon, at the John A.
