Description

NA The proposed contract action is for a supply with incidental Construction for which the Government intends to award to CXT Precast Concrete Products of Spokane, Washington. The contractor will be required to supply, deliver, and install two Tioga Special Vault Toilets at Eastman Lake, Raymond, California. In response to this notice, all interested parties may respond or submit statements of qualifications. This is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. The Government will consider responses received within 10 days after the date of publica tion of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government. All responses are due no later that 02 Sep 02 at 1300 (1:00 pm). This procurement will be conducted under Service Code 5450, SIC Code 3272, and NAICS Code 235990. The size standard for this code is $11,500,000.
