This is a market survey to locate a new source for TELEPHPONE TERMINAL, NSN: 55805-01-123-4372,Bradford Vibrators Co., Cage code: 96568, model #: 228 59, quantity required 6. This contractor was the last known sources for this item. Drawing is not available. Suppliers capable of furnishing the TELEPHPONE TERMINAL with an initial delivery to begin in less than a year of dates of award, must so indicate , by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-AT (Julie Palumbo); Building 1200E: Fort Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000. The response must include documentation such as test result, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed sou rce or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the army with an unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable or better with the unit from the previous TELEPHPONE TERMINAL. Successful supplier ma y be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the army.
