Description: Ammendment 01 is hereby issued to clarify required information on Bid Schedule. Contractor is not required to provide pricing on CLINS for Scheduled Repairs and Unscheduled Repairs under Civil Engineering Appendix A of Bidding Schedule (Attachment 2). These CLINS will be filled in by the government and will not affect contractors pricing. On Equipment Listing Appendix A under "USER" change CRS to read CMS. This is required to match Equipment List to Bidding Schedule. The request for proposal was issued posted on 21 Aug 02 with receipt of proposals scheduled for no later than 10 Sep 02 at 4:00 pm PMT.
