- Description
- The Pentagon Renovation Program is pleased to announce that we will be hosting an Industry Day for the Command Communications Survivability Program (CCSP) Integration Acquisition. The purpose of this Industry Day is to provide all interested vendors with more insight into the program, answer questions, and facilitate teaming through information exchange. The conference will take place on Tuesday, August 27, 2002, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, at the Sheraton National Hotel, in Arlington, VA. A presentation will be given that outlines the Program and key acquisition requirements. After the Government's presentation, the conference will be opened up for free interchange among the participants. A limited number of booths will be available for individual companies. These booths will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. While anyone may reserve a booth, the Program foresees this an an excellent opportunity for potential Primes/Integrators to set up a base for potential partners and subcontractors to approach the potential Prime/Integrator with capability information. In addition to the booths, a limited number of 5-10 minute time slots will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis for companies to conduct a presentation on their capabilities to conference attendees. Anyone may reserve a presentation time slot; however, the Program sees this as an excellent opportunity for potential subcontractors to demonstrate their capabilities. Beverages and light snacks will be provided in the morning and in the afternoon. There will be a one hour break at noon for lunch. In addition to the hotel restaurant, a list of nearby restaurants will be provided at the conference. Reservations for the conference can be made by sending an e-mail to CCSP@army.pentagon.mil, with "Industry Day Attendance" in the subject line. Please provide the company name, a central contact w/phone number and e-mail address, and a list of the individuals from your company who will be attending the conference.
