Description: The U.S. House of Representatives anticipates release of this solicitation August 26, 2002. The contractor shall operate Barber and Beauty Shop servcies within the Capitol Hill complex. The contract will be awarded for a two year base period with five one-year options. The contractor shall pay a minimum fee to the U.S. House of Representatives in lieu of rent. The solicitation may be downloaded from the Office of Procurement web site, http://www.house.gov/cao-opp/currentsol.htm, when released. A pre-proposal tour will be conducted after release of the solicitation.
