- The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Virginia Panel Corp. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for Module Interface Device P/N 510114109-24EA; P/N 510114108-32EA; P/N 510114107-16EA; P/N 510114106-24EA;P/N 410113111-8EA; P/N410112258-8EA; P/N610115124-496EA; P/N610110129-160EA; P/N610110113-2806EA; P/N 610110108-235EA; P/N 610103135-2696EA; P/N610103115-109EA; P/N510113106-48EA. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be used. THIS SYNOPSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY, NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Firms that recognize and c an provide the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Firms believing they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish these supplies and meet all specifications. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This contract will be issued on unrestricted basis, under Standard Industrial Code 3671, NAICS 334111. Inspection and acceptance will be destination.
