Description

The worksite is located at the base of Olympus Dam along the North and East face of the dam, and in the area of the base of the spillway of the dam where it discharges into the Big Thompson River, located in the town of Estes Park, Colorado, in Larimer County. Principle components of the work include clearing and removing trees, brush, and other interference; removing approximately 1,975 linear feet of new 72-inch high chain link fence, wing extensions, and gates complete, tested and ready for use. The due date for the Request for Quotations (RFQ) is tentatively scheduled for September 13, 2002. All reasonable sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This acquisition will be available for full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification code is 235990. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1799. The small business size standard is $12.0 Million. To receive a copy of the RFQ, contractors shall fax a request to (406) 247-7798. The fax must include contractors name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification and DUNS numbers. The faxes shall be to the attention of Andy Fox.
