- Description
- SUPPLIES SOURCES SOUGHT. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Central Administration Support Center (CASC), National Logistics Support Center (NLSC) has a requirement for Virkon S disinfectant for use by the USDA-APHIS-Foreign Animal Disease Diagonoticians. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one known source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The company is Dupont Corp. DCSE, P.O. Box 80023, Wilmington, DE 19880. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 10 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. In order to be considered, firms must furnish detailed information concerning their capability to provide this product. Such information shall include at a minimum: name; telephone number and point of contact; ability to provide the above referenced transmitters and the names and telephone numbers of firms to whom this product or similar products have been previously provided. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by submitting the information requested above referencing Solicitation No. NAAJ8500-2-00010PAY. If no qualified responses are received, the Government intends to contract with Dupont Corp. DCSE for the required supplies.
