Description: This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Senstar-Stellar, Inc. for the provision and installation of a permanent perimeter security system. This requriement will be awarded under Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR6.302. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement bases on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22; 45 days is changed to read 5 days.
