- Description
- In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 10, this Sources Sought and Request for Information (RFI) is hereby published in an effort to gather information. The U.S. Coast Guard has various training requirements which have been historically acquired as needed. It is the intent of this RFI to gather information so that five-year contracts can be developed to acquire these needed contractor services. Under a separate document under reference number DTCG23-03-R-TRAINING, entitled "Course Scenarios", a brief description of each required course is provided. These scenarios are descriptions of the U.S. Coast Guard's currently acquired courses. These are subject to change depending upon the information that is gathered as a result of this RFI. Interested contractors should provide the following information on/or before 31 August 2002: (1) Name of your company; (2) Loction of your company; (3) Size of your company in accordance with the NAICS Code 611699 which has a $6.0 million small business standard; (4) Which class or classes your company is interested in and capable of developing and instructing; (5) Proof of capability; (6) Whether the class is commercially available or whether it would have to be developed; (7) If the class is commercially available, what is the estimated price per class; and (8) any other pertent information. If you are interested in providing any of the training courses to the U.S. Coast Guard, please respond no later than 31 August 2002. No award will be made as a result of this RFI.
