- Description
- The Boston Regional Printing Procurement Office is soliciting offers on a single award term contract for 7 x 10" adhesive bound books. The term of the contract is for 1 year (beginning October 1, 2002, and ending September 30, 2003, plus up to 4 optional 12-month extension periods. All production facilities used in the manufacture of the product must be located within 125-mile radius of Newport, RI. Four orders per year ranging from 128 to 196 text pages are anticipated. Approximately 10,500 copies per order. Cover prints in 4-color process with varnish coating. Operations include image processing from furnished electronic media, printing, binding, and delivery. Quality Level 2 required. Bid request on your firm's letterhead.
