- Single award term contract for period beginning October 1, 2002 and ending September 30, 2003, plus up to 4 optional 12-month extension period(s) for the Executive Office of the President. Production area, assumed 62-mile radius of zero milestone Washington, DC. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Copy pickup in Washington, DC. Acknowledgement Cards 1, 2, 3, and 4: approximately 1 to 15 order per year of each card with approximately 1,000 to 100,000 per order. Sizes are (6-1/2 x 4-1/8) and (8-1/8 x 5-1/4) Program Covers 1 and 2: approximately 1 to 3 orders per year of each cover with approximately 1,000 to 7,500 per order. Sizes are (9-1/4 x 8) and (11 x 8-1/2). Envelope 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7: approximately 1 to 6 orders per year of each envelope with 5,000 to 125,000 per order. Sizes are (4-1/8 x 9-1/2), (6-3/4 x 4-1/4), (8-1/2 x 5-1/2), (3-7/8 x 7-1/2), (3-5/8 x 7-1/4), and (6-3/8 x 3-5/8). Proclamation: 1 to 2 orders per year with 5,000 to 20,000 per order. Size: (10 x 15). Letterheads 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6: approximately 1 to 6 orders per year of each letterhead with 5,000 to 500,000 per order. Size: (6-3/4 x 8-7/8), (7 x 10-1/2), (8-1/2 x 11), and (6-1/4 x 9-1/4). Printing: Acknowledgement Card 1: Text prints in black ink and seal prints/embosses in gold ink. Acknowledgement Card 2: Text prints in black ink, border prints in Pantone 288 blue ink, and seal prints/embosses in gold ink. Acknowledgement Card 3: Text prints black and seal foil stamps in imitation gold. Acknowledgement Card 4: Text prints in black ink, border prints in Pantone 288 blue ink, and seal foil stamps in imitation gold. Program Covers: Seal prints/embosses in gold ink. Envelopes 1 and 7: Heading embosses in Pantone 288 blue ink. Envelopes 2 and 3: Heading embosses in Black ink. Envelopes 4, 5, and 6: Embosses in Pantone 288 Blue ink. Proclamation: Print border/rule in Process blue ink, seal foil stamps in imitation gold. Letterheads 1, 2, and 3: Emboss in Pantone 288 blue ink and seal embosses in gold ink. Letterheads 4 and 5: Emboss in Pantone 288 Blue ink only. Letterhead 6: Blank. Operations include foil stamping, embossing, printing, binding, packing, and delivery.
