- Description
- The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division's Procurement Services Staff, intends to award a sole source purchase order, using simplified acquisitions procedures to Identix Corporation, formerly Visionics Corporation, 207 W. Westmoreland Road, Falls Church, VA 22046, for on-site total annual maintenance and support of Identix Live Scan fingerprint equipment and software. The vendor is the only source with the proprietary capabilities to fulfill the requirements of the Government's IDENT/IAFIS Project. The period of performance shall be from the date of award through September 30, 2003 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes nor will a formal solicitation document be issued.
