Description: NA Replace a dysfuntional and outdated EMCS in the Center for Strategic Leadership Building 650 Wright Avenue, Carlisle Barracks PA. Proposal technical designs must use Johnson Controls manufactured DDC equipment, to be compatible with other systems on Carli sle Barracks. RFP packets including some as built drawings are available for $25. Make check out to Defense Finance Officer. There is a mandatory site visit on 20 August at 9:30 AM. This building is access controlled, therefore, subsequent access will only be granted to those personnel in attendance at the scheduled site visit. This acquisition is unrestricted and will be evaluated on a best value basis.
