Description

NA This acquisition is for nonpersonal service for maintenance on the Gamma Camera, Scintillation and system, Prism 2000A at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, Colorado. The service coverage shall include travel, labor, parts and materials (excludin g user consumable supplies) manufacturer's authorized field modifications (FMIs) and individual tool and test equipment, required to service and maintain the system. Period of performance will be a base period 01 Oct 02 - 30 Sept 03 and four one year opti ons. This requirement will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Award will be made on or about 22 Ausgust 2002.
