Description

This is an amendment to NOAA Solicitation No. NCND5000-2-00019 National Estuarine Research Reserve System Restoration Science Program. The closing date is extended to Tuesday, August 20, 2002, 3 PM local time, Silver Spring, Maryland. The Statement of Work is attached as an MS Word document under this solicitation number. The response to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) shall contain (1) Standard Form 1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items which can be downloaded at http://www.gsa.gov/forms; (2) Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations & Certifications - Commercial Items (http://www.arnet.gov/far/loadmainre.html); (3) a proposed detailed cost breakdown with DIRECT LABOR with labor categories with hourly loaded rate, number of hours and total cost for each labor category; OVERHEAD Rate as a percentage, OTHER DIRECT COSTS such as travel to a FEW sites, materials, copying, printing; SUBCONTRACTING costs, GENERAL & ADMINISTRATIVE percentage, PROFIT percentage and TOTAL PRICE. Include a proposed approach to accomplish the work. Two (2) copies of each of these documents shall be submitted.
