- Description
- Contractor is to furnish fluid milk and dairy products to 22 commissary stores located throughout the Midwest Region of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The commissaries are located in the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota. For the purpose of this solicitation, commissaries are grouped geographically into six groups that will be specified in the solicitation. DECA02-02-R-0009 will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The total estimated annual dollar amount for this requirement is $24,116,580.00. Split awards are anticipated resulting in Firm Fixed Price Requirements Type contracts. Resultant contractor(s) is/are responsible for submitting future price changes utilizing DeCA's Web Pricing System. Vendor stocking is required at each store location. The period of performance shall be for one year from date of award plus two one-year option periods. The SIC code is 2086 and the NAICS code is 311511 for this requirement with a size standard of 500 employees. The Request for Proposal will be released on or about August 19, 2002. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
