- Description
- The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for a Lintek Elan 2000 Radar system to Aeroflex Lintek Corporation 383 N. Liberty Road, Powell, OH 43065, (614)-888-2700. This action will utilize Commercial Acquisition Procedures and FAR 13.5, Test program for certain commercial items. The reference number for this announcement is F33TSP21720100. Anticipated award date is 2 September 2002. This requirement is for 1 ea. Lintek Elan 2000 with 8 channel system (16 A/D's), external timing reference, IF processor, DSP processor, and power supplies with the following: Option 1; Split gate range tracking, Option 2; Az and E1 monopulse tracking, Option 3; Multi mode channel, Option 4; Bistatic mode switching configuration for dynamic and static RCS control (for future expansion) Option 5; Real-Time ISAR upgrade. Item is required to support the 46 Test Wing. Items must be delivered no later than 1 February 2003 after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511, small business size standard: 750 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication.
