- This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award set aside: 100% Small Business. NAICS CODE: 42142, SIC CODE: 5043, 100 employees. This RFQ contains five (5) line items, and all items must be interchangeable with existing Mamiya Camera RZ67 Pro II Studio Camera. Item 0001: Lens: Mamiya Normal 110MM f/2.8 lens, Quantity: One, P/N MA11028RZ or equal. Item 0002: lens: Mamiya Normal 90MM f/3.5, Quantity: One, P/N MA9035RZ or equal. Item 0003: Stool, Delta Hands Free Pneumatic posing stool. Adjustable: up and down and swivel, color: black, material: vinyl. Quantity: Two, P/N DEPSP or equal. Item 0004: Filter, Glass, Mamiya B+W 77MM UV Haze 010 Glass Filter, Quantity: One, P/N BWUV77 or equal. Item 0005: Filter, Glass, Mamiya General Brand 77MM linear Polarizer Glass Filter. Quantity: One, P/N GBP77 or equal. ?Or Equal? offers should include product specifications to the extent necessary to allow evaluation for technical acceptability. FOB: Destination. Acceptance: Destination. Delivery to: Holloman AFB NM 88330. Offers must contain a completed copy of Far 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications. The offeror is required to provide their Contractor?s Duns Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code with their offer.
