Description: Award one (1)each VXP Vibration Analysis System (Test Cell), P/N 15688 for use in tesing the T58-GE-16/-16A Engine. Award shall be made on a sole source basis to Chadwick-Helmuth Company, 4601 North Arden Drive, El Monte, CA 91731. Chadwick-Helmuth is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the VXP Vibration Analysis System (Test Cell), P/N 15688 and the only known company to possess the pre-requisite technical data and expertise required to meet the Government's need.
