- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. DAAH01-02-T-R011 is being issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. CLIN 0001 will be issued for one (1) lot consisting of four (4) camera systems - Phantom V5.Monochrome High Speed Digital Imaging Cameras model number VRI-V5-2048MM. Each Camera System will contain the following: Internal memory allows two second record time at 1024x1024 at 1000 fps. Camera is to be delivered with all operating software and cables required to connect to notebook computer utilizing the Firewire connector. VRI-PLNC Portable Laptop Network Controller with Firewire interface for oper ation of up to 63 cameras. Software installed and performance tested with associated V5.0 Camera, VRI-MNT-V5C, V5.0 to C mount adapters. VRI-CC-1650, Equipment carry case designed to maximize protection of the phantom cameras and accessories. 29inL x 17 -7/8in W x 10-1/2in Deep. Interior has two levels of pick and pluck foam to facilitate ease of customizing the interior to the size of the equipment. One each VRI-28-70S, 28 -70 mm f/2.8 Zoom (F-Mount). One each VRI-70-200S 70-200 mm f/2.8 Zoom Lens (F -Mount). One each VRI-L35S, Nikon 35 mm F/1.4 Lens (F-Mount). One each VRI-L50N, Nikon 50 mm f/1.2 Lens (F-Mount). One each VRI-L14S, Nikon 14 mm f/2.8 Lens (F-Mount). Cameras, notebooks, software, and hardware will be assembled at the factory and deli vered complete and operational. At least a one year warranty on all hardware and one year support for software upgrades and problem solving. The requested delivery date shall be August 31, 2002. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB will be destination. The place of delivery is RASA Central Receiving, Building 8022, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 449 and will contain al l clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; Clause 52. 212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items; Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, are applicable to this acquisition. Offer is due not later than 12:00 noon, Central Time, July 29, 2002, in the contracting office, Building 5400, Room B145, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama 35898-5250. Electronic quotes/offers will be acceptable. Quotes/of fers received after the specified due date will not be considered for award.
