Description
NOTICE: The posting date has been delayed due to a change in the speed requirement of the RB-M. The Coast Guard has increased the maximum speed requirement to a threshold of 40 knots and an objective of 45 knots. Draft specifications with this requirement and other changes based on comments from industry and other sources are available for review at www.hjfordweb.com/arb. Please provide questions and/or comments by COB on 6 Aug 2002 via the form provided on the same website. Please use the form in lieu of any other means (e-mail, phone) for comments/questions concerning any postings to this website. Comments will be considered and necessary changes reflected in the final Phase I RFP. The new anticipated posting date for the RFP is 8 Aug 2002. After posting, proposals will be due in increments as follows: Management/Past Performance Volumes: 45 days; the Technical Volume: 60 days; and Price/Administrative Volumes: 75 days.
