- CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS CONSTRUCTOR (CMc) SERVICES For Nashville, TN Courthouse Project: The following six firms have been selected to advance to the RFP submission process of this procurement as likely to be viable competitors in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15.202. 1) Beers Skanska, Mr. Samuel Gude, III, 70 Ellis Street, NE, Atlanta, GA 30303, (404) 659-1970; 2) Gilbane, Robert Stasia, 2 Easton Oval, Suite 110, Columbus, OH 43219, (614) 418-3000; 3) Caddell Construction, Terry Willis, 2700 Lagoon Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 36109, (334) 394-0156; 4) Hensel Phelps, Jennifer Baker, 2800 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72202, (510) 666-6200; 5) Dick Corporation, John Sebastian, P. The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be issued by August 9, 2002. Proposal submissions will be due on September 10, 2002 at 3:00 P.M. (local time). Submissions shall be addressed to the attention of Laurie Chestnut, General Services Administration, Property Development Division (4PCC), 401 W. Peachtree Street, Suite 2500, Atlanta, GA 30308. Submissions in response to the RFP received after the date and time specified therein may be deemed late and not accepted and are subject to the requirements at FAR 52.215-1(c)(3) for late submissions. Be advised that due to heightened security measures, individuals entering Federal Buildings must have photo identification and may be delayed. Firms that are hand-delivering submissions should take this into consideration. Faxed and/or electronic proposal submissions will not be accepted.
