- Description
- Solicitation N62836-02-R-0163: Due 3 September 2002. The Government intends to issue a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) for a project entitled Multiple Award Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery, Construction Contract for the U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. This solicitation is for the procurement of up to five Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Construction Contracts for various construction projects. With the exception of the "seed projects" as described in the solicitation, task orders to be issued under these contracts will be competed among the firms awarded contracts under this solicitation. All applicable Trade Agreement Act clauses in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR) will be utilized for this solicitation. Price and Technical Proposals are being solicited. A pre-proposal conference will be held approximately 10 calendar days after issuance of the solicitation.
