Description

The work includes construction of 8-foot wide asphalt bike/running trails with foot bridges, side dressings and seeding of disturbed areas and incidental related work. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS Code is 234110 (SIC 1611) with a size standard of $28.5M. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available electronically from ESOL (http://esol.navfac.navy.mil) on or about 05 August 2002. The Bid Opening date will be on or about 05 September 2002.
