Description

NA The Ohio National Guard intends to contract for a motel/hotel facility in Columbus Ohio for the Family Readiness State Conference 2003. The weekend will be in the April 2003 timeframe excluding Easter weekend. We will be contracting for approx. 140 sleep ing rooms, a conference room, which can accommodate approx. 400 people, and 5 smaller conference rooms which hold approx. 100 people each will also be required during the weekend. There will also be a need to rent audiovisual equipment, to include podium microphone, lavaliere microphones, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) projector, screens, flip charts and audio carts from the motel. This procurement is full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110.
