- Description
- Solicitation is 100% Set-aside for HUBZone contractors (see numbered not 27). Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish labor materials and equipment to perform work for projects 02-02 "Expand Clinic Exam Rooms", 00-11 "Optometry Expansion" and 02-06 "Remodel Security Desk" at the Veterans Affairs, Chalmers P. Wyle Outpatient Clinic, 543 Taylor Avenue, Columbus, Ohio as required by drawings and specifications. Work to be completed within 275 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be abailable o/a 08/06/02/ Drawings will not be available on the web and must be requested in writing, requests may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Requests for paper copies of plans and specifications must be requested in wrigint to the Contracting Officer and may be faxed to 740-772-7008. Bids to be received on or before 9/5/02. Esitmated cost range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held August 22, 2002 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Chalmers P. Wyle Outpatient Clinic, Room 3110, 543 Taylor Avenue, Columbus, Ohio; all prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are urged to attend. NAICS 233320
