- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with RF Engineering (RF) for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of proposed contract is to purchase twenty-one 30MHZ multi-channel receiver boards. Multi-channel boards are proprietary design owned by RF and not available from any other source. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.
