Description

NA The Garrison Commander, Fort Hamilton, New York announced on 1 May 2002 its tentative decision to retain in-house the Military Personnel Identification Card Services function. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance wit h Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The decision to retain the performance of the function in-house was made after a detailed study indicated it was more cost effective to continue to perform the function by Government personnel rather than by contract. A 30 day public review period commences at the start of business on Thursday, 2 May 2002 and will continue through close of business, Friday, 31 May 2002. Documentation supporting the tentative decision is available for review at Building 111, R oom 217, Fort Hamilton, New York. Appeals of the decision should be mailed or delivered to Wil liam E. Campbell, Jr., Contracting officer, 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir VA 22060-5134. This tentative decision was originally announced in FEDBIZOPPS on 1 May 2002 via Special Notice USA-SNOTE-020501-0003.
