Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to clean specific areas of exterior limestone wall surfaces covered with a biofilm from the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Contractor shall have at least five years of experience in work of this nature, attend site visit to become familiar with work and perform work outside the normal Museum's visiting hours, which are 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily and 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Performance period is 60 calendar days. Site visit will be scheduled o/a Aug 9, 2002. This date will be confirmed in the solicitation. This is a 100% small business set aside.
