- Description
- The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to Archibus Solutions/ASC-RT under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-02-JMT-0183. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A Sole Source Justification has been prepared for this procurement. This procurement is for continued development of existing information systems. The scope shall include technical support services, including but not limited to: systems analysis, business process and entity relationship remodeling, software customization. LAN and Internet support, database development, software maintenance, software installation, training, data conversion, facility surveys and DAFM quality CADD drawing development. This includes software developed specifically by Archibus Solutions. This procurement is for a five year period of support and services for the Department of the Navy, CNE/ISD, Naples, Italy. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will consider 7/22/2002 all information received by close of business. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted by FAX at 816-823-3277 or email.
