Description

NA The Army requires an IDIQ construction contract for Pavement And Miscellaneous Repairs at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia, and shall be complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings. The work includes, but is not necessaril y restricted to, the following items. Repair and overlay pavement to include pothole repair, crack repair, widening existing roads, and installing slurry seal treatments. Requirements for constructing or replacing headwalls, sidewalks, curbs and gutters. Requirements for installing reflective paint and thermoplastic paint striping, arrows, handicap markings and letters as shown. Requirements for installation of concrete and corrugated metal pipe to include excavation, backfilling and compaction. All de molition includes disposal of material. Contractor shall maintain haul routes to and from the job sites and the borrow pits, to include the borrow pit. The NAICS Code is 23411. The size standard is $27.5 million. The magnitude of this project is betwee n $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 (base plus two one-year option periods) with a guaranteed minimum of $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. A definite bid opening date has not been established. The bid opening date and time will b e placed on the solicitation at the time of issue.
