Description

This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) intends to contract with Park Right Corporation, 108 Leonard Street, New York, NY 10013, for the use of twenty-seven (27) parking spaces for Official Government Owned Vehicles (GOV's), specifically two (2) vans and twenty-five (25) passenger cars, for the period of 10/01/2002 through 09/30/2003. The contractor shall provide a secure facility to include twenty-four (24) hour access and be located within a three (3) block radius of USINS New York District Office, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Park Right under the authority 41 U.S.S. 253 ( c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis.
