Description

NA Subject Request for Quote is for Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, Washington intends to negotiate a firm fixed price award with a base year plus two one year option periods, that will provide for the services of a Technology Officer/Project Manager wit hin the Bahavioral Health Services, on or about 15 August 2002 through 14 August 2003. The solicitation number is DADA13-02-T-0059; the NAICS code is 621111 with a size standard of 7.5 mil. Scope of work shall be to review, analyze and deliver a variety o f technical and research reports in support of the behavioral health technology plan as they relate to the Department of Defense, and Civilian regulations and standard operating procedures. Skills/Experience:Essential-clinical research, project management , experience with Software/System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), data analysis, electronic record development, review of Information Technology equipment, computer skills including Project 2000, Front Page/HTML, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS10. Copies o f the RFQ shall be available on FedBIZOpps website: www.eps.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored. Estimated date of release is 11 July 2002 and the anticipated closing date is 19 July 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered.
