Description

The U.S. Geological Survey (AUSGS) has a requirement for OBI-40 Mark III Digital Optical Logging Tool. THE USGS ANTICIPATES AWARDING THE PURCHASE ORDER TO MOUNT SOPRIS INSTRUMENT CO. This company is the sole provider of this Digital Optical Logging Instrument. This is the only digital optical logging probe that is compatible with logging equipment and software used by our District. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; no formal RFQ will be available. Vendors who are a authorized distributor of the above item are invited to provide an affirmative response to this notice. An affirmative response to Contracting Officer at fpeters@usgs.gov, response must include, but not be limited to offered products, price lists, warranties, and any additional information indicating a bona fide ability to meet this requirement. All responses must be in writing, no telephone requests will be accepted. This is a commercial item purchase under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $100,000.00. No substitutions will be accepted.
