Description

NA The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract for Exterior Painting and Miscellaneous Repairs at Family Housing Areas 11, 12 and 13, Fort Stewart, Georgia, completed in strict accordance with specifications and drawings, and subject to the ter ms and conditions of the Contract. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: Painting Bus Shelters and Mailboxes, Removing/Replacing Deteriorated Siding, Deteriorated Wood Wall Studs, and Wall Insulation. Remove/Repair Black Wall Board Insulation, Deteriorated or Missing Aluminum Corner Molding, Deteriorated or Missing Wood Post, Missing Post Plate, Deteriorated Rafter, Deteriorated Soffit or Ceiling, Deteriorated Fascia, Deteriorated Wood Trim, Deteriorated Wood Screen Boards, Deteriorated Metal Handrail Support and Handrail, and Fascia Board. This work will be accomplished on approximately 104 single and multi-family residences. Performance time is 180 days. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 23521 0. The size standard is $27.5. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 and is SAF, Subject to Availability of Funds. The best estimate for issuance of the solicitation is on or about July 29, 2002. Paper copies of this soli citation will not be available. Please do not send request for copies to this office.
