Description

NA The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to modify building 150 at Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. This job shall involve removal of wall paper; preparation of walls for painting; painting; patching and cleaning existing floor covering; c arpet installation; replacement of base molding; replacement of ceiling tiles; removal of cabinets, equipment, and sinks from rooms; installation of doors; installation of window security screens; modification of electrical installations; and miscellaneous plumbing repairs and modifications. SIC Code is 1542. NAICS code is 233320. The size standard is $27.5 million. Performance period is 45 calendar days. The project is unrestricted. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal for consideration. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Paper copies of this project will not be available.
