- 21CONS is releasing the **DRAFT** Statement of Work for the upcoming Custodial Services solicitation FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This solicitation is restricted to HUBZONE certified contractors. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone concerns. The Classification Code is S201, Custodial Janitorial Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code for this acquisition is 561720, Size Standard: $14.0 million. A HUBZone concern in this NAICS code cannot exceed $14.0 million average gross revenue over the last 3 fiscal years. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirements for Custodial services for various buildings at Peterson AFB, Co. The procurement is a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract for a base period and four option periods. Services shall be provided as specified in the contract. Resulting contract is subject to Service Contract Act Wages. THE SOLICITATION SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY THROUGH E-MAIL. Notification of any changes (Amendments) to the solicitation will be made only on the Federal Business Opportunities WWW. It will be the contractor's responsibility to check the website continually for any posted changes. " The response time required by FAR 5.203 will begin on the date of issuance of the solicitation on the website. Electronic bid sets will be available on or about July 24, 2002.
