Description

The work includes, but is not limited to, mechanical and electrical demolition with miscellaneous associated architectural demolition and finish work. Supply and install new HVAC systems including split-system electric furnaces with nominal cooling coils, condensing units, along with new electrical breakers in main panel, light fixtures and electrical connections of new furnaces and condensing units. The estimated range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The period of performance is 120 days from receipt of the notice to proceed. FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting (Dec 1996) is applicable: "(4) Construction by special trade contractors. The concern will perform at least 25 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees." THIS ANNOUNCEMENT AMENDS THE PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT WHOSE SOLICITATION WAS NUMBERED: RFP01-95CV-02. YOU NEED NOT RESPOND TO THIS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY RESPONDED TO THE PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT.
