- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for Professional Real Estate Appraisal Services within the State of Nevada. You will be requested to submit a proposal for either one or both of the following two regions (1) Northern NV (All counties except Clark County), and (2) Southern NV (Clark County only). BLM anticipates awarding multiple, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for these services. The period of performance will be one basic year plus four option years in accordance with commercial item acquisition procedures as stated in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) part 12. The Contractors shall furnish all labor, supplies, equipment, and miscellaneous materials necessary to perform the appraisal services. Interested offerors shall have experience in one or more of the following: communication sites, conservation easements, entitlement issues, farm and ranch lands, mineral properties, timber valuation, urban transition lands, water rights, wind energy valuations, rural and/or wilderness appraisal projects. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses whose average annual receipts do not exceed $1.5 million dollars under the Small Business Administration size standards for Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 6531, "Real Estate Appraisers". The Request for Proposal/Solicitation documents should be available for distribution on or about July 15, 2002.
