- Description
- The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for the provision of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to service, perform preventative maintenance and repairs on two station air compressors, two compressed air filters, one heatless regenerative compressed air dryer and one cooling tower for a period of one year with the possibility of four one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of NRL. The preventative maintenance work shall include but will not be limited to additional components associated with the compressed air generating equipment that includes a water treatment system, cooling water systems, compressed air system and electrical systems. An onsite visit will be available. The details of the visit will be included in the solicitation. The government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. The North American Classification Code is 421830 with a small business size standard of 100 employees. A complete Statement of Work (SOW) will be issued with this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments to RFPs. Paper copies of the RFP will not be provided. The response date published in this synopsis for this RFP is the current estimated date. The actual due date for proposals will be stated in the solicitation when issued. Numbered Notes 1 & 26 apply.
