Description

The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with the University of Dayton Research Institute, 300 College Park SPC, Dayton, Ohio 45469 for developmental ballistic testing database support. The University of Dayton maintains proprietary ballistic test data that cannot be reproduced at another laboratory. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty (30) days. See Notes 1, 22, and 26. Note 22 is modified to read five days in lieu of forty-five.
