- THis Request for Proposal (RFP) is the for the drydocking service craft overhaul of the YTB-808 adn YTB-836. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAIC 336611. The RFP will be issued on or about 24 July 2002. Proposals will be due on or about 26 August 2002. Sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair/Master Ship Repair Agreement (ABR/MSRA) in accordance with DFARS 217.71 prior to award, may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. Firms who do not possess either an ABR or MSRA are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit an assessment of the ABR/MSRA application and to execute the ABR/MSRA agreement(s) without impacting the vessel's availability dates. The RFP, when issued, will be available by written request only. Also, state whether your company is an ABR, MSRA, or will need to set up ABR/MSRA Agreement with the Navy.
