Description

SPRINGFIELD, ILLINOIS Contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment needed to fabricate a fire suppression system and installation and associated buildng modifications in the Conference Center located at Lincoln Home National Historic Site, 413 South Eight Street, Springfield, Illinois 62701-1905. Work shall include but is not limited to: removal of existing wood fences, deck, ramps, stairs and walks, regrading at areas damaged by construction, new finish grading and seeding. Also a new two story additions to include slab-on-grade, concrete footings and foundations, wood frame construction, wood siding, painted, wood shingle roof, wood windows with shutters, interior stairs, new hydraulic elevator, new carpet and paint in sections of existing facility, paint existing exterior siding, windows and shutters on existing addition. Provide new electrical, mechanical, and automatic fire suppression to addition. Replace existing mechanical compressors. Provide new automatic fire suppression system to existing structure, new carpet and new rubber treads and risers on existing north stair. Magnitude of Project: $250,000.00 to $500,000.00.
