Presolicitation Notice Only. QUESTO E? UNICAMENTE UN PREAVVISO DI FUTURA EMISSIONE DI GARA D?APPALTO (le ditte interessate alla gara d?appalto devono rispondere in tal senso per posta elettronica e fax alle persone indicate nel presente avviso di gara onde ottenere il benestare di partecipazione alla gara dal Ministero della Difesa). Interested firms must be registered to perform construction/demolition work in the European community and meet the requisites of Italian Law 109 of 11 Feb 1994 and successful screening by the Italian Ministry of Defense. Firms wishing to participate are required to e-mail and fax their interest to the primary or alternate points of contacts so as to obtain preliminary approval from the Italian Ministry of Defense to be placed on the source list. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. ENTITA? DEL PROGETTO: TRA $25,000.00 e $100,000.00. The scope of these projects includes the demolition of buildings #273-#274 and #255 including foundations and backfilling with granular mix materials, compaction and leveling of the area placing top soil and seeding. Work includes disconnection and removal of utility lines, excavation and removal of tank, demolition of concrete pad, soil sampling and analysis, removal of materials with asbestos and their disposal. The asbestos materials identified for the buildings are the boiler gaskets, the roofing felt and roof flashing core and cut fire door insulation. All work must be performed in strict accordance with Italian laws in effect at time of work performance. Lo scopo di questi progetti prevede la demolizione degli edifici #273-#274 e #255 comprese le fondazioni e riempimento con materiale misto granulare, compattazione e livellamento dell?area interessata con riporto di terreno coltivabile e semina. Il lavore comprende lo scollegamento e la rimozione di tutte le linee dei servizi, lo scavo e la rimozione del serbatoio, la demolizione del basamento in calcestruzzo, la campionatura e le analisi del terreno, la rimozione dei materiali contenenti amianto, ed il loro smaltimento. I materiali contenenti amianto identificati per i fabbricati sono le guarnizioni delle caldaie, il materiale di copertura e il materiale interno le scossaline del tetto e l?isolamento delle porte tagliafuoco. Tutto il lavoro dovra? essere eseguito in stretta conformita? alle leggi e normative italiane in vigore al tempo dell?esecuzione del progetto.
